Materials Needed at Adoration:

· Materials for incense

· A/C may not be available in the black box – We may want to have some fans ready

· Set-up notes from Katy: We need the black box theater set up with some chairs, the baptism pedestal and wood top, some green trees/plants.

· Worship aids for adoration – We will use the same worship aids that we used for the Lent community night.

Procession Notes

· Procession begins at the altar, proceeding to the center aisle and out the main door on the court yard side.

o Choir: The choir should immediately follow Fr. Stephen. The congregation is invited to follow the procession after the choir. Choir should line up along the left side of H3 (along the window wall) and walk behind Fr. Stephen down the center aisle.

§ During the procession we will sing “O Sacrament Most Holy”

o Ushers/Greeters: Two ushers should hold the doors at the main
entrance as Fr. processes through. They should hold people back until
the choir are in position behind Fr. Parkes. We need two to hold the doors
to the Black Box Theater open for the procession.
